How To Make Pineapple Lamp

Materials :

1. Lamp stand

2. 1 liter plastic soda bottle (emptied and cleaned)

3. Plastic spoons (112 pcs)

4. Yellow acrylic paint

5. Green cardstock

6. X-acto knife

7. Hot glue gun

8. Scissors

9. Permanent marker

Step 1  = Paint the spoons using a sponge paint applicator brush, and paint each spoon using the yellow acrylic paint.

Step 2  = Cut the handles off of the spoons with a strong pair of scissors.

Step 3  = Cut the soda bottle with X-acto knife and permanent marker.

Step 4  = Glue the spoons onto the bottle, start at the bottom of the bottle and begin gluing the spoons all around the base. Continue doing the same thing until you reach the very top of the bottle.

Step 5  = Draw a starburst shape with a hole in the middle and cut that out. Then glue that on top of the opening of the bottle.

Step 6  = Last, put the pineapple on your lamp stand as you would a regular lamp shade.
